After thinking about Luis Suarez and exploring the lead of Edin Dzeko, Juventus are now studying another option for their attacking sector. According to Gianluca Di Marzio, the Piedmontese management would like to enlist Alvaro Morata, his former protégé. The Bianconeri are willing to pay € 10M for a paid loan, and including a purchase option of € 45M. A solution that could interest Atlético Madrid, where the player is still under contract until 2023.
Pirlo knows Morata very well
During his first stint at Juve, between 2014 and 2016, Morata (27) was not impressive. In all competitions, he has scored just 27 goals in 93 games. However, it turned out to be a good luxury replacement.. He also played an important part in the brilliant Champions League run in 2014/2015. Among his teammates at the time was Andrea Pirlo. The latter happens to be the current coach of the Italian champions. It is certainly not just a coincidence.
