The main interested party also said he was very happy to join the Principality’s squad: “I am delighted to be involved with AS Monaco and to have my first experience abroad. He will try to follow in the footsteps of Rui Barros and Bernardo Silva, the other great Portuguese circles having succeeded on the side of Louis II.
Florentino Luis is Monaco’s sixth signing this summer. Previously, the club had already enlisted two forwards (Kevin Volland and Anthony Musaba), two defenders (Axel Disasi and Caio Henrique) and a goalkeeper (Vito Mannone). The transfer window will not close for ten days, other reinforcements for the band in Kovac are not to be ruled out.
