AUSTIN (KXAN) – Jimmy Fallon, host of the Tonight Show, loves Austin, and announced Wednesday night that he is helping one of his businesses.
In a partnership with Indeed, Fallon said he is donating $ 15,000 to The Hideout Theater to help the improv comedy club get through the COVID-19 pandemic.
Fallon has featured several comedy clubs around the country on his show, and he said he heard about The Hideout Theater when he recorded his Austin show in November.
“We wanted to do more than just a little shouter,” Fallon said. “Thanks to everyone at The Hideout Theater in the wonderful city of Austin, Texas.”
After making the announcement, he threw the horns in the air with cheers and shouted, “Hook them!”
