Finally an outcome in the conflict between the FFR and the LNR which has plagued French rugby for many weeks? According to RMC, a decision will be taken Thursday morning, three days before the rally of the XV of France in Marcoussis and nine days of the match against Wales. This meeting against the XV du Leek crystallizes all the attention, because the Federation has added this friendly match to the already busy program of the XV of France this autumn (a match of the 6 Nations Tournament against Ireland + four matches of the Autumn Nations Cup, against Fiji, Scotland, Italy and the team which will have the same classification in the other pool) and the clubs do not wish to release their internationals for this meeting scheduled for October 24 at the Stade de France. The representatives of the LNR and the FFR met this Wednesday by videoconference, and according to RMC, the discussions went well. The FFR would have notably made new proposals to the presidents of the Top 14. Presidents who will meet again on Wednesday evening to decide, and a new meeting with the FFR is scheduled for Thursday morning, and it must lead to a solution.

Galthié has already donated his group for Wales

Recall that Fabien Galthié has already given his list of 31 players selected for the match against Wales, including two changes made on Tuesday, Gabin Villière and Baptiste Pesenti replacing Matthieu Jalibert and Cameron Woki. Will these 31 players come to Marcoussis on Sunday? We should know this Thursday.
