Ghana coach CK Akonnor has called up 23 players for the double confrontation against Sudan next month in the 2021 CAN qualifiers. The list includes the usual executives (Partey, Wakaso, André and Jordan Ayew) and sees Alexander Djiku (Strasbourg) come back after his first selection this month. We also note the returns of some great old ones: this is the case of the central defender of FC Metz, John Boye, of the left side of Chelsea, Abdul Rahman Baba, and of the left offensive midfielder of Crystal Palace Jeffrey Schlupp. As a reminder, Ghana had made full box during the first two days, by beating South Africa (2-0) before going to win in Sao Tome (0-1).
