Rob Kardashian’s ex-girlfriend, and the mother of his daughter Dream Kardashian, is suing the Kardashians for canceling their reality show on channel E! Channel, Chyna & Rob, and on Tuesday (27), a Los Angeles Superior court judge denied the Kardashian-Jenner team’s request to end the lawsuit due to ‘substantial evidence’ provided by Chyna, including recordings. that were not broadcast and would appear in the second season of the show.
“Blac Chyna expects to receive millions in damages from Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian and Kylie Jenner for defamation, intentional interference with the contract and intentional interference with a financial advantage,” said Lynne Ciani, Chyna’s attorney. “Chyna is more than happy to have her time at court,” he says.
Ciani also said that in addition to Chyna’s case against Rob’s mother and sisters, she will also face her daughter’s father in a separate lawsuit, due to his porn video that Rob leaked to get revenge when the two broke up.
Chyna and Rob went public with their relationship in January 2016. They got engaged in April, but broke up in December. During their relationship, they filmed the series for channel E !, which aired from September to December 2016.
