Wolves vs Brentford will be an intriguing tactical battle in Molineux on Saturday (start time 7:30 a.m. ET on NBCSN and online at NBCSports.com) when two teams that like to be up front collide.
Bruno Lage last took his first Premier League win as Wolves boss, when they comfortably beat Watford to make their season run smoothly. Raul Jimenez has yet to score, but Wolves look dangerous on offense and pretty solid at the back. That’s a great combination and it looks like they’ll do just fine in the post-Nuno Espirito Santo era.
As for Brentford, they had plenty of chances against Brighton last time but lost at home late when Thomas Frank’s newly promoted side were reminded of the harsh realities of Premier League life. That said, Brentford does have five points on the board from their first four games, so that’s going pretty well.

This will be a tight match between two well-organized teams who both like to press high. I’m going for a close win against Wolves, but it could easily be a draw. Wolves 2-1 Brentford.
